Workshops

I provide workshops for post graduate, early and mid-career researchers, and research professionals in Australian universities and medical research institutes. Workshops involve practical activities and group discussions, which are most effective in person, but can be adapted for delivery online if necessary. Topics can also be tailored to meet the specific needs and context of your organisation. 

Workshops are informed by current research, best practice and over 15 years of professional experience managing collaborative research projects in a range of disciplines, including science, business, and architecture.

The content will support researchers in planning, developing timelines and milestones, stakeholder mapping, budget management, communications and governance structures 


This workshop provides researchers with a project management framework for planning and managing research partnerships and engagement beyond the university, including communication, relationship management, governance and public engagement.
